This is not a large facilities contract. It is a small, consistent service where you know who is coming.
Typical commercial scope
- Restrooms cleaned and restocked with your supplies
- Kitchen or break area
- Desks, tables and reception surfaces
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Glass doors and interior glass
- Trash removal to your designated area
Frequency and hours
Most spaces run weekly or a few times per week, before opening or after closing. Send your address, square footage and preferred hours and Tay will tell you what is available.
What is not covered
Tay does not take on industrial sites, medical-grade sanitation or large multi-floor buildings. If your space is outside that range, Tay will say so rather than overpromise.
