Move-out cleaning is usually about leaving the property in the condition a landlord, buyer or agent expects. Move-in cleaning is about starting in a home that was cleaned properly before your things arrive.

Timing
Moving dates move. Send your target date along with the request and Tay will tell you what is realistically available. Nothing is scheduled until you approve.
Furnished or partly furnished
If the home is not fully empty, say so in your request. The scope changes when furniture stays, and Tay will price it accordingly rather than surprising you afterwards.
